The Rawls Course named after Texas Tech alum Jerry S. Rawls, who generously donated the majority of the funding needed to make the facility one of the top courses in the nation. Rawls is also the namesake for Texas Tech’s Rawls College of Business. The Rawls Course has hosted premier events including NCAA regional golf Men’s and Women’s championships, NJCAA National Championship, U.S Open and Amateur qualifiers along with several AJGA events.
